V.I. Department Of Health Offers Substance Abuse Group Therapy For Those Who Need It On St. Croix

SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT: You too can engineer your own recovery from drug or alcohol addiction with the help of a substance abuse support group you can join through the Virgin Islands Department of Health.

CHRISTIANSTED — The Department of Health (DOH), Division of Mental Health, Alcoholism and Drug Dependency Services announces a substance abuse group therapy program for those who need assistance with personal recovery from alcohol or illegal and prescribed drugs.

Stress, addiction, trauma, disappointment, and loss can impact the mental wellness and emotional balance in one’s life; the DOH is committed to providing support to address these issues in our community.

If you have been contemplating making a positive change in your life or are seeking support during your journey of recovery, this group is for you.
