FREDERIKSTED — On Thursday March 29, 2018 at approximately 12:42 p.m., an individual called 911 and reported a unresponsive male in Estate Hogensborg.
Police responded and discovered a unresponsive black make individual. The victim appeared to have gunshot wounds to the body.
The VIPD Criminal Investigations Bureau has not been able to identify the victim and is asking the the community for assistance in identifying the the victim.
The victim is a black male between 18 and 25 years old , medium brown dark skin with a low fade hair cut, between 5’9 and 6’0 tall, weighs about 160 lbs, with very low facial hair beard and mustache.
He is wearing a black t-shirt with “I love Cannabis “ in star burst logo style with a blue jeans.
