CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Governor Kenneth Mapp said that he has nominated Lennox Joseph to the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority Board of Directors. The term of appointment is four years.

Joseph will represent the St. Croix district and will replace Pablo O’Neil.

Mapp also announced he has reappointed Laurel Hewitt Sewer to another three-year term on the Virgin Islands Port Authority Board (VIPA).

Appointment letters for Sewer and Joseph were forwarded to Senate President Myron Jackson on Tuesday.
