SCENE OF CRIME: THE MARLEY HOMES HOUSING COMMUNITY IN ESTATE TWO BROTHERS
FREDERIKSTED — A St. Croix man was shot to death near Marley Homes early this morning.
Roland Bogan, 24, of Frederiksted was killed near the southeast St. Croix housing project, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
The 911 Emergency Call Center got a call about 5:35 a.m. today from a citizen reporting “a lifeless body in the roadway” in Estate Two Brothers, according to the VIPD.
“Officers along with EMS responded and discovered an unresponsive Hispanic male with multiple gunshot wounds to the body,” VIPD spokesman Glen Dratte said.
Boland was taken to the Juan F. Luis Hospital Morgue where he was identified by next of kin (family members), according to Dratte.
This case is currently under active investigation by the Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB).

What? The Santa Domingans caught slipping from their boat onto the island of St. Croix, illegally ?
They’ve been doing this forever! In fact if you took a poll of people living on St. CROIX, you’d find that most of them are Santo Domingans! Hell! They even have a Santo Domingan parade on St. Croix every year with SD’s driving g around the island with S.D. flags flying from their car windows and horns honking to beat the band! The year I saw this, they had taken a “float” out of the parade because it blatantly showed how they accomplished this: it was a dingy filled with coconuts as heads and Spanish moss for hair! Yeah buddy! And if you take a poll of immigrants (legal or otherwise) living. breeding on St. CROIx,
You’ll find people from all other islands, Nevis, St. Kitts, Antigua, to name a few. Where did the true Virgin Islanders go? No one seems to know. On ly that they were driven out by “other islanders”.
And the few Continentals who had established there in the 60S, 70s, 80s, finally left St. CTOIX after Katrina, due to overwhelming looting and lawlessness. Think of what it must have been like sleeping in the Super Dome after Katrina, but with no enforced law to protect and serve you.
And the Central Americand who arrive at our borders in waves of thousands, not lining up one by one to ask for asylum, but by demanding g it and casting broken bottles at the border guards.
What would they do if they gained entry to US? Where would they go? Sleep? Eat? Work? and what would they do for a living at a fraction of of minimum wage? One young fellow from El Salvador said he couldn’t get a decent paying job as a computer programmer in his own country. And in five years his children will be looking for work. Not to worry if they can’t find work, like the interlopers in the Virgin Islands, they will go ” on the dole” and collect welfare and unemployment benefits. A woman selling
produce in the market, said her son went on the dole after Hess Oil in St. CROIX laid off a majority of workers, because “he could make more money living on unemployment benefits, by not working”. And there you have it. Complacent Americans AWAKE! The real war is at our door step! Not at some imaginary line called a “border”. Little by little, we children of Americas
founding fathers who have lived, worked, secured land, fought and died here in the name of liberty for hundreds of years, are being squeezed out while we rest on our laurels.
