CHARLOTTE AMALIE — The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) said that the sewage receiving area at the Mangrove Lagoon Wastewater Treatment Plant has reopened in St. Thomas.
The Mangrove Lagoon Wastewater Treatment Plant is located in Estate Bovoni.
VIWMA said it thanks “the community for their patience and cooperation.”
