CHARLOTTE AMALIE — A St. Thomas man on a bicycle was shot in the leg in Estate Thomas on Tuesday night.

The shot man was taken by private vehicle to the Schneider Regional Medical Center for treatment.

The masked man opened fire, shooting the man twice in the left leg, according to the VIPD.

When the victim was interviewed at the St. Thomas hospital, the man told police that he did not know who shot him or how many times someone had fired a gun at him, VIPD spokesman Glen Dratte said.

Three men were shot in the Emerald Hill Road section of Smith Bay on Monday.
