Notorious Convicted Killer “Bird” Williams Gunned Down In Front Seat of His SUV

FREDERIKSTED – A notorious convicted killer waiting to pick up his child at daycare was shot to death with a high-powered weapon in the front seat of his SUV in Estate Whim Friday afternoon, according to unofficial and police reports.

The 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of multiple shots fired today at 3:45 p.m. and police were dispatched to Estate Whim, the VIPD said.

Several police units from the Wilbur Francis Command located in Mars Hill responded to the scene of the shooting directly in front of the Georges Christian Academy Daycare Center where they discovered an unresponsive Jermaine “Bird” Williams in the front seat of his SUV.

A preliminary investigation revealed that a man and woman had gone to the daycare center to retrieve their young child, police said When the woman went inside to pick up her child, Williams remained inside the vehicle.

While he was waiting, an unknown man drove up to the SUV and ambushed Williams with a high-powered weapon, according to police. The shooter then immediately fled the scene.
