CHARLOTTE AMALIE – Police on St. Thomas are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old boy who was last seen on Wednesday in the Veteran’s Drive of the downtown area in the vicinity of Big Kahuna Rum Shack.

Sean Allen has a slim build, brown hair, blue eyes, stands 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Police believe Allen is a runaway.

If anyone has seen Sean or has any information concerning his whereabouts, please contact Detective Rael Donastorg or Detective Cherese Thomas with the Juvenile Bureau at (340) 715-5542, (340) 715-5543, or 911.
