MIND AND BODY: Wellness Retreat Begins Today At The Buccaneer Hotel


CHRISTIANSTED – Strengthen and center body and soul this fall at The Buccaneer’s Island Bliss Mindfulness Retreat featuring nationally recognized mindfulness and positive-psychology thought leader Kimberly Clayton Blaine.

Blaine will be joined by top yoga instructor Michelle Gierst today, October 9, through October 13 to lead daily physical and spiritual workouts in a breathtakingly beautiful tropical island setting that will inspire participants long afterwards.
