MISSING: Emmanuel Fraticelli Davis

FREDERIKSTED – Police on St. Croix are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emmanuel “Manuel” Fraticelli Davis, a 20-year old missing person.

Fraticelli Davis was last seen on Thursday, October 22, 2015 in the vicinity of Marley Homes wearing a black t-shirt with red basketball short pants.

Fraticelli Davis has a light complexion, black hair, green eyes and stands 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds.
