36-Year-Old Man Arrested For Rape of 15-Year-Old Girl in August

CHARLOTTE AMALIE – A 36-year-old St. Thomas man was arrested for the statutory rape of a minor on a bench warrant from the Superior Court today.

Damian Warner of Simmonds Alley was arrested was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated rape and second-degree unlawful sexual contact after he allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 15 year-old girl in August.

Bail for Warner was set at $50,000. 00. Unable to post bail, he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending an Advice of Rights hearing.
