MARIJUANA TOURISM? San Diego Attorney Founds Medical Marijuana Company
PISCATAWAY – A New Jersey holding company has completed its acquisition of a medical marijuana firm, and named new leadership as part of the transaction, it announced on Monday.
Mobile Broadcasting Holding Inc. said in a news release that it wrapped up the deal for Virgin Islands-based Medically Minded LLC announced earlier this month, naming Ken Sobel the company’s new president and Stephen A. Jones, principal shareholder, its new CEO.
Medically Minded provides medical cannabis and cannabis-related products, as well as medical tourist services, MBHC said. Many other companies are medicinal marijuana vendors similar to pg group that sell many products, including THC and CBD, if you’d like to check out other companies such as https://puregreenliving.com/best-cbd-gummies for their CBD edibles and see how CBD could benefit your health. As the health of their patients is a priority, dispensaries in states where medical marijuana is legal may look to find companies who can provide them with dispensary supplies for display, that follow the rules and regulations of this industry. As there are many rules to follow, it is important to get the advice of people who know what they are doing in an ever changing industry like recreational cannabis.
“We’re excited the acquisition is complete and that Mr. Ken Sobel will now assume the reins of Medically Minded as president,” Jones said in a prepared statement. “With Mr. Sobel’s impressive qualifications and experience in the quickly growing cannabis industry, we can now lay the groundwork for building a first-class cannabis operation which will provide a spectrum of integrated services.”
Sobel, a San Diego-based attorney, has helped craft the Virgin Islands’ new medical cannabis legislation, which could be implemented as early as spring 2016, MBHC said.
