Wanted Man Ossie “Uzi” Constant Arrested Within 24 Hours Of Police Bulletin

CHRISTIANSTED – A 31-year-old St. Croix man who police issued a wanted bulletin for on Friday was arrested early this morning.

Ossie Kahmil “Uzi” Constant of Estate Mary’s Fancy was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Saturday and charged with second-degree burglary-domestic violence.

Police said Constant was wanted in connection with an Thursday incident in which he allegedly broke into his former girlfriend’s residence located in the Ruby Rouse Housing Community (formerly Watergut Homes) and assaulted her.

No bail was set for Ossie Kahmil Constant as per the domestic violence statute. He was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending an Advice of Rights hearing.
