Hospital Ground Fugitive From Justice Treson Stephens Arrested In Tennessee On Murder Charges

ARRESTED: Treson I. Stephens in Tenn.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Deputies from a sheriff’s office in Tennessee have apprehended a St. Thomas fugitive from justice who is wanted for murder.

Treson Intas Stephens, 25, of Hospital Ground, is wanted for first-degree murder, first-degree assault, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence, and brandishing, exhibiting or using deadly weapons, according to territorial authorities.

A warrant for his arrest was issued by the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands on August 31, 2016.

Stephens was taken into custody by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in Clarksville, Tenn. two weeks ago and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

His bond was set at $500,000.

According to VIPD records, Stephens and two other men, including Jibri Roberts, were arrested on illegal weapons possession charges in November of 2010 as well. (See link below:)
