CRUZ BAY — the Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) said that the Elaine Ione Sprauve Public Library (EISPL) has reopened since March 19th on St. John and is ready to serve the community between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Available services include loaning of books and DVDs, viewing of magazines and newspapers, as well as the Public Computer Center (PCC) Lab, Caribbean Reference and the Virgin Islands Code, DPNR Commissioner Dawn Henry said.
Henry said she apologizes for any inconvenience caused during the recovery phase of Hurricanes Irma and Maria and thanks the public for their patience and understanding.
