CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police have identified the Dominican victims of a March double homicide at a popular St. Thomas night club.

Adrian Aquino Sanchez, 29, of Santo Domingo and Logan Antonio Pujols, 35, of San Pedro de Macoris, were found dead on the floor of the Mi Bloque VI Disco on the edge of Frenchtown on March 17, police and social media said.

Two other people were wounded in the fatal night club shooting attacks, one seriously, according to the Virgin Islands Police Department.

Pujols and Sanchez were the first reported murders of 2019 in St. Thomas and the sixth and seventh killings in the territory, police reports indicate.

No arrests have been made in the case, VIPD spokesman Glen Dratte said.

On Facebook, Pujols said he worked for “the industrial association of the neighborhood cartel” or “asociación industrial del cartel del barrio,” in Spanish.

Just six hours ago, friends and family were still mourning the loss of Pujols on Facebook.

“I’m sitting here wishing I can hear your voice once again ? ,” Isamayra Pujols Martinez wrote.

And Raisa Madeline Alamo Martinez added:

“Logan Antonio Pujols you will b missed,” Martinez wrote on Facebook.
