CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Some 30 customers on a portion of Feeder 7B will experience a power outage from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority said.
“During this time contractor crews will perform upgrade work on service lines in the Oswald Harris Court housing community,” WAPA said.
