Police Searching For Lubens Besse, Missing Since Sunday on St. John: VIPD

MISSING PERSON: Lubens Besse, 33, of Susannaberg, St. John

CRUZ BAY — The Virgin Islands Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating 33-year-old Lubens Besse, who was reported missing by his girlfriend.

Besse is a Black male, standing around 6 feet in height and weighs between 250 – 260 pounds. His hair is black in long dreadlocks, according to the VIPD.

Lubens has several tattoos: behind his left ear reads “Lucky me,” right hand reads “Light Work,” right wrist has the Flower of Life with small circles that touch each other above the flower, left hand displays “777,” his left, inner arm has something written in Haitian and a tattoo on his left outer forearm has a Hebrew scripture.

MISSING: Lubens Besse, 33, of Susannaberg, St. John

Besse was last seen Sunday at his residence in Suzannaberg. Besse’s vehicle was discovered in Coral Bay on Tuesday.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Lubens Besse is urged to call 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at (340) 774-2211 or Crime Stoppers USVI at (800) 222-TIPS.
