CHRISTIANSTED — Police are looking for a 25-year-old St. Croix man wanted for questioning in a domestic violence incident.
Terrell “Inches” Johnson of Queen Street, Christiansted, is being sought by the Criminal Investigation Bureau’s Domestic Violence Unit on St. Croix, the Virgin islands Police Department said.
“Anyone who knows Johnson’s whereabouts is urged to call 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau’s Domestic Violence Unit at (340) 712-6094 or Crime Stoppers USVI at (800) 222-TIPS,” the VIPD said.
The VIPD issued a wanted posted for Johnson in a tweet on Twitter at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday.
On November 4, 2014, Johnson and another St. Croix man were charged with third degree burglary, grand larceny, possession of stolen property and trespass in connection to a burglary incident at St. Croix By The Sea Condominiums, police records indicate.
According to the arresting officers, police found Beats speakers, four cell phones, two watches, one digital camera and other jewelry in the two men’s pants pockets near St. C Condominiums. K9 dogs also were deployed and led officers into the bushes in Estate. St. John, where bags containing an Xbox and a Sony Playstation were found.
On July 15, 2015, Johnson was was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant that was signed by a Superior Court judge for possession of stolen property, court records said.
On social media, Johnson says he attended Central High School in Kingshill and lives in “Kingstown,” St. Croix.
