CHRISTIANSTED — Police are looking for a suspect in a case where a St. Croix man was stabbed multiple times near a Sunny Isle-area nightclub early this morning, authorities said. The victim was listed in stable condition.
An adult male was transported to the Juan F. Luis Hospital by private vehicle seeking medical attention for stab wounds at 12:58 a.m. today, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
“The victim reported that he was in the vicinity of Aqua Lounge in Estate Castle Coakley when he was approached and subsequently assaulted by an adult Hispanic male,” VIPD spokesman Toby Derima said. “The victim was treated for stab wounds to his face, neck and back.”
The unidentified man was listed in stable condition, according to Derima.
