CHRISTIANSTED — Police have arrested a suspect who allegedly stabbed a person at a restaurant in the Sunny Isle Shopping Center this weekend.
Details were sketchy but the Virgin Islands Police Department said one person was injured in a stabbing that took place at the Wendy’s Restaurant in the shopping center at Estate Castle Coakley.
The stabbing victim is reportedly in stable condition at the Juan F. Luis Hospital, according to the VIPD.
One person, the suspect in the stabbing, is in official police custody today after the incident.
