Bail for Green was set at $35,000. Unable to post bail, he was remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections at the John A Bell Adult Correctional Facility pending his advice-of-rights hearing set for Monday.

The adult female victim walked in to the Richard N. Callwood Command in St. Thomas to report the assault.

The arrest warrant for Green was signed by Superior Court Magistrate Judge Ernest Morris Jr.

The case was transferred to the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) on St. Croix, which conducted the investigation.
