FREDERIKSTED — Police need your help to find a minor male who went missing on St. Croix.
Naquan Richard, 14, was last seen on St. Croix wearing a red shirt, green short basketball pants and sneakers, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
Richard is a Black male with brown eyes, black hair and a brown complexion. He stands 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
The missing teenager is known to frequent the Marley Homes area of St. Croix, according to the VIPD.
