CHRISTIANSTED — Today St. Croix will be pleasant with times of sunshine and clouds and a high of 86, AccuWeather said.
Tonight St. Croix will be mainly clear with a low of 69, according to AccuWeather.
Pulses of northerly swells will continue to arrive into our regional waters this week, increasing the risk of life-threatening rip currents,” the National Weather Service said.
“Please exercise caution if you plan to visit the beach,” the NWS said on X.
A large long-period northwesterly swell will create hazardous marine conditions with seas up to 8 feet today through the weekend, according to the NWS.
Looking ahead on St. Croix: we can expect showers on Friday, AccuWeather said.
