Niqwani Thompson faces burglary charge, St. Croix court docket shows

KINGSHILL — Superior Court Magistrate Judge Yolan C. Brow-Ross is scheduled to see one defendant in her courtroom in Estate Kingshill on  St. Croix this morning:

Niqwani Thompson, of St. Croix, is scheduled for an advice-of-rights hearing on a burglary charge, specifically Court records show 14 Virgin Islands Code 444, which defines the crime of third-degree burglary, as involving breaking and entering a building with intent to commit an offense, or committing an offense inside and then breaking out. It’s part of Title 14 (Crimes), Chapter 21 (Burglary) of the U.S. Virgin Islands Code.
