THE MOTHER SHIP HAS LANDED: WHY ST. CROIX IS THE NEW STRATEGIC HUB FOR PHASE II

ST. CROIX, USVI — If you thought the “Martian” light over the West End was just a trick of the atmosphere, think again. The heavy industrial presence at the Frederiksted Pier and the constant “minute-to-minute” roar of military heavies at Henry E. Rohlsen Airport are the sights and sounds of a territory being transformed.

The Musk Factor

If Elon Musk wants to see a real-world simulation of a Martian logistics hub, he shouldn’t be looking at Starbase, Texas. He should be looking at St. Croix.

The coordination between the special ops fleet at the pier and the high-cadence air traffic at the airport is exactly the kind of “Starship-level” logistics he dreams of for 2026. If he can move a headquarters from California to Texas over a policy dispute, surely he can move it to a Caribbean island that is currently serving as the nerve center for the most advanced military operation in the Western Hemisphere.
