These conditions can cause accumulation of water on roads and urban flooding and streams, especially in the west and interior of Puerto Rico. Take precautions when driving .

Although beach conditions will be more favorable for beachgoers due to a moderate risk of rip currents, cloudy skies will persist for most of the day.
