MISSING: JARIB C. RAMOS-VEGA ON ST. CROIX

Ramos was last in his Estate La Grande Princesse home on July 31, 2018.
Ramos stands 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes and a light complexion.
Ramos has Tattoos on his left wrist- “KING” (red, blue, Purple) Left chest “STINGRAY”; Middle Back “JESUS FISH”; left arm “Tribal tattoo.
Ramos wears glasses and was last seen wearing a white tank top, black basketball pants.
