CHRISTIANSTED — The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) said that it has moved to a temporary office in Gallows Bay (in the old Patalidis building).
The office houses VIWMA’s Compliance Management and Environmental Enforcement, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology and Payroll divisions.
Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The VIWMA Preserving Paradise team can be reached at 340-712-4962 or 340-719-1835 (new).
People are encouraged to use the VIWMA 24-Hour Hotline at 844-WMAUSVI (844-962-8784) to report solid waste and wastewater related emergencies. We’re here to better serve you.
