It is the fifth homicide in the territory so far this year. All of the murders have happened in St. Croix.
So, the cowardly killer murders a business owner at her place of employment no doubt a complete coward who wears a mask.
Condolences to her family as another senseless murder has occurred and this is the second business owner murdered on Saint Croix in a month.
I have to wonder are business owners being targeted ???
