Police Respond To Non-Fatal Shooting At Crown Bay Marina On Monday: VIPD

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police responded to a shooting that occurred in St. Thomas on Monday afternoon, authorities said. The victim is in stable condition at the hospital.

Officers responded to a shooting that occurred at the Crown Bay Marina about 5:12 p.m. on Monday, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that the male victim was shot while sitting in a vehicle, according to the VIPD.

The victim was transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center (SRMC) to receive treatment for the injuries he sustained.

The male victim is currently in stable condition.

This case is currently under active investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB).
