CHARLOTTE AMALIE — The 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of a two-car accident on Veterans Drive in the vicinity of Burger Max about 3 a.m. on Sunday, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
“Investigation into the accident found that a black Ford Escape with three occupants was traveling west while a silver Honda with one occupant was traveling in the opposite direction and collided,” VIPD spokesman Toby Derima said.
One of the occupants of the Ford Escape and the driver of the Honda were injured in the accident and were transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center (SRMC) for treatment, according to Derima.
This accident is currently under active police investigation.
