Missing Hospital Ground Teenager Found Safe And Sound In St. Thomas: VIPD

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — A Hospital Ground teenager missing for five days has been found safe and sound on St. Thomas, authorities said.

Immani Nared, 14, of H.H. Berg Home & Additions, who was reported missing on Tuesday “has been located and returned to her family,” the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

“Many thanks to everyone who assisted in her return home,” the VIPD said in a tweet posted to Twitter on Saturday.

The VIPD asked for the community’s assistance in finding Nared on social media Wednesday.

She was described by police as being “a Black female with a light complexion, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs approximately 135 pounds.”

“Nared was last seen October 27 in Bergs Homes, St. Thomas,” the VIPD said. “If seen, please contact the Youth Investigation Bureau at (340) 715-5540, (340) 715-5542, or (340) 715-5543.”

Police announced that Nared was found in a tweet on Twitter at 11:35 a.m. Saturday.
