FREDERIKSTED — Police are investigating a dump truck that overturned on the East Airport Road on Monday afternoon, authorities said. No injuries were reported.
Officers responded to East Airport Road near the Melvin Evans Highway sometime before 4:29 p.m. on Monday, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
Once on the accident scene, police officers found a green-bed dump truck lying on its right side in the middle of the road, according to the VIPD.
Police closed the affected crash scene area to through traffic while they investigated at the scene yesterday afternoon.
