CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police on St. Thomas are investigating an SUV with firearms in it that overturned on Veteran’s Drive on Saturday night, authorities said.
The vehicle seen in this VIPD image “was abandoned by occupants,” according to St. Thomas-St. John District Chief Steven Philip.
“Two firearms were recovered from the scene,” Chief Philip said.
No injuries were reported at the St. Thomas hospital as a result of the accident.
