Cops launch appeal to ID shooter at Four Winds Plaza

CHARLOTTE AMALIE – The Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person of interest depicted in the photograph above.

This individual is wanted in connection with a violent incident that occurred in the Four Winds Plaza area during the early morning hours of October 6, 2025, according to the VIPD.

The incident occurred shortly after 1:00 a.m., when multiple males were involved in a shootout, resulting in significant damage to several vehicles in the vicinity, police said.

While no injuries were reported, the VIPD recognizes the seriousness of this event and remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of the community, according to police.

This case remains under active investigation, and detectives are working diligently to identify and apprehend all individuals responsible for this reckless act of violence.
