VIPA makes important announcement about St. Thomas airport hours

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — The Virgin Islands Port Authority made an important announcement about the Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas this afternoon.

“Starting December 1, 2025, Cyril E. King Airport’s runway will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for essential runway projects and upgrades, improving safety and efficiency,” VIPA said on X. “Work won’t disrupt normal operations.”
