EAST END, St. Croix — A manhunt for a 20-year-old alleged killer of an All For The Better man ended quickly as VIPD police detectives from the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) effected an arrest this afternoon, authorities said.
Amari “Tahleban” Krigger is “the primary suspect” and was arrested and charged with first-degree murder sometime before 2:01 p.m. today, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
The VIPD issued a wanted poster for Krigger at 1:53 p.m. today. He is wanted for questioning in the Sunday night murder of 51-year-old handyman Eustace “Tiger” Samuel of Estate All For The Better, near Estate Tipperary on St. Croix’s East End, according to the VIPD.
“If seen, use caution, he’s armed and dangerous,” VIPD spokesman Glen Dratte said at the time.
The 911 Emergency Call Center received a report that a man had been shot in All For The Better about 7:54 p.m. on Sunday, according to Dratte.
“Upon officer’s arrival they discovered the lifeless body of 51-year-old Eustace Samuel of All for the Better, Christiansted,” he said. “It appears that he was shot multiple times to the upper body while he was inside his residence.”
Samuel was identified by family members. Social media said Krigger was related to Samuel.
Krigger says on social media that he attended St. Croix Central High School and that he works for “Chick Magnet Productions.”
This incident remains under active investigation by the VIPD.

I wonder if he selling those chains?
He won’t be needing them to where he is going.
