Police observed “selling and bagging” illegal narcotics in that area near American Yacht Harbor in the Red Hook area Friday night, according to the VIPD.

Henry was arrested just over one month before for the same illegal activity, police said.

Members of the Special Operations Bureau were in Red Hook about 8:20 p.m. Friday after receiving reports of illegal drug activity in the Red Hook area.

No bail set for Henry. He was remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending an advice-of-rights hearing in Superior Court.
