St. Croix Woman Broke Into Castle Burke Home Saturday, Stole Several Items: VIPD

KINGSHILL — A St. Croix woman was arrested Sunday after police said she broke into the home of someone she knew and stole things from them.

Jerrica Jarvis, 27, of Estate Barren Spot, was arrested about 2 p.m. on Sunday after someone who lives in Estate Castle Burke said she was the person who entered their home without permission, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

Jarvis allegedly entered the person’s home about 7:31 p.m. on Saturday through a window, according to the VIPD.

Nobody was home at the time at that is when the accused allegedly stole items from the house, police said.

BURGLARY SUSPECT: Jerrica Jarvis, 27, of Estate Barren Spot.

Jarvis has been charged with unlawful entry and third-degree burglary, according to police.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
