CHARLOTTE AMALIE — A St. Thomas woman is accused of being too hot-tempered in a specialty ice cream parlor in Rock City.

The 911 Emergency Call Center alerted police to the stabbing incident at Double Scoops VI Specialty Ice Cream at Lockhart Gardens about 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Simon was able to be located by police and charged with third-degree assault and destruction of property.

Unable to post $25,000 bail, Simon was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending an advice of rights hearing.
