CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Due to Hurricanes Irma and Maria there was a backlog of arrest logs.

The Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency (VITEMA) website, which normally lists arrests, does not currently offer that feature but says it will resume sometime in the future.

ST. THOMAS

  • Police arrested Kali Canton, 29, of Hospital Ground, at 3 p.m. on May 3 on charges of grand larceny, first-degree robbery, first-degree assault and unauthorized possession of a firearm. Bail was set at $205,000.
  • Police arrested Desmond W. Joseph, 53, of Estate Nazareth at 5:55 p.m. on May 5 on a charge of simple assault-domestic violence. No bail was set.
  • Police arrested Elroy E. Matthais Jr., 53, of Charlotte Amalie at 2:49 p.m. on May 7 on a single charge of petit larceny. Bail was set at $500.
  • Police arrested Breck Bombach, 64, of Columbus, Ohio at 7:07 p.m. on May 7 on a single count of possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000.
  • Police arrested Rudisha Helen Rabsatt, 33, of Anna’s Retreat, at 12:30 p.m. on May 9 for a single count of destruction of property-domestic violence. No bail was set.
  • Police arrested Malik Cheatham, 63, of Estate Solberg at 2:42 p.m. on May 10 on a single count of petit larceny. Bail was set at $500.
  • Police arrested Desmond E. Williams, 51, of Estate Tutu at 7 p.m. on May 13 on charges of simple assault-domestic violence and disturbance of the peace-domestic violence. No bail was set.
  • Police arrested a 12-year-old minor on a charge of third-degree assault at 7:32 p.m. on May 13. The boy was released to his parent.
  • Police arrested Nubia W. Johnson, 35, of Kirwan Terrace at 3:18 p.m. on May 14 on a charge of simple assault-domestic violence. No bail was set.
  • Police arrested Dequana Penn, 25, of Estate Frydenhoj at 8:32 p.m. on May 15 on a single count of destruction of property-domestic violence. No bail was set.
  • Police arrested Arthur Elijah Selassie Greaves, 18, of Estate Solberg on May 17 on a single count of first-degree robbery. Bail was set at $75,000.
  • Police arrested George Penn, 53, of Estate Frydenhoj at 5:30 p.m. on May 17 on charges of driving under the influence and disturbing the peace. Bail was set at $1,000.
  • Police arrested Charemon A. Anderson, 54, of Estate Anna’s Retreat at 6 p.m. on May 17 on a single charges of petit larceny. Bail was set at $500.
  • Police arrested Aris S. Marte, 32, of Hospital Ground at 1:50 a.m. on May 18 on a single count of simple assault-domestic violence. No bail was set.
  • Police arrested at 14-year-old boy and placed him under protective custody and charged him with a simple assault and battery at 11:29 a.m. on May 18. The boy was released to his parent.
  • Police arrested Lequan K. Registe, 24, of Estate Nazareth at 10:37 p.m. on May 18 on a single count of possession of an unlicensed firearm. Bail was set at $35,000.
  • Police arrested Angel Toribrio, 58, of Estate Frydendahl at 1:25 a.m. on May 19 on a single count of destruction of property-domestic violence. No bail was set.
  • Police arrested Roy J. Prosper, 39, of Estate Frydendahl at 1:50 a.m. on May 20 on a single count of simple assault. Bail was set at $1,000.
  • Police arrested Akeem Forbes, 29, of Estate Contant at 10:30 a.m. on May 20 on charges of simple assault-domestic violence and resisting arrest. No bail was set.
  • Police arrested a 17-year-old girl at 9 a.m. on May 23 on charges of simple assault and battery-domestic violence. No action of the court was given for this record.
  • Police arrested a 16-year-old girl at 2:04 a.m. on May 23 on charges of disturbance of the peace, threats-domestic violence. The girl was released to her parent.
  • Police arrested Shamoi C. Bell, 27, whose residence is given as a car, at 5:34 p.m. on May 24 on a single count of unauthorized possession of a firearm. Bail was set at $50,000.
  • Police arrested a 15-year-old boy on a single charge of simple assault-domestic violence at 9:20 p,m. on May 24. The boy was released to his parent.
