WAPA Says It Will Cut Power To 417 Customers In Anna’s Retreat At 10 a.m. Tomorrow

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Some 417 Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA) customers in St. Thomas will be forced to go without electricity tomorrow.

The customers who will lose power for at least three hours are on a portion of Feeder 7C in Estate Anna’s Retreat, according to WAPA.

“During this period, WAPA contractor crews will make permanent repairs to the electric grid. Affected areas will include: Four Winds Plaza towards the Al Mc Bean Ball Park and continuing to the dead end round-about.” WAPA said.

The WAPA “service interruption” is scheduled to last from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
