Police Say St. Thomas’ Carl Fleming Jr. Grabbed $2,000 From A Parked Delivery Van

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police say a St. Thomas man heisted cash from a delivery van about three weeks ago.

Carl Fleming, Jr., 26, of St. Thomas was arrested on Sunday and charged with grand larceny, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

Police accuse Fleming of taking $2,020.67 from a parked delivery van on February 11.

Fleming’s Bail was set at $20,000.00 by the order of the Superior Court.

Unable to post bail, he was processed and turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending an advice-of-rights hearing.
