VIPD: James ‘Gogettah’ Nathaniel Wanted For Questioning in 1st Stop Gas Station Shooting

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police said today that they are looking for a St. Thomas man who is wanted in connection with the shooting of a marshal that took place at the 1st Stop Gas Station four days ago.

James “Gogettah” Nathaniel, 22, of St. Thomas is wanted for questioning about the shooting incident that occurred about 12:42 a.m. in Estate Thomas on Tuesday, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

“Nathaniel is known to be armed, dangerous,” VIPD spokesman Glen Dratte said. “He frequents the Oswald Harris Court Community in St. Thomas.”

Nathaniel stands 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs about 178 pounds. He has brown eyes, facial hair, carries a slim build and has a brown complexion.
