VIPD: Carlos ‘Choco’ Diaz Wanted For Questioning In Animal Cruelty Incident

CHRISTIANSTED — Police said today that a 37-year-old St. Croix man is wanted for questioning about an animal cruelty incident.

Carlos E. “Choco” Diaz of Sally’s Fancy is wanted by the VIPD Animal Cruelty Unit for second-degree animal abuse, first-degree animal neglect and second-degree animal neglect, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

Police described Diaz as a Hispanic male who has brown eyes, black hair and a light complexion. He stands 5-feet, 9-inches tall and has a slim build.

Diaz is known to frequent the Altona Lagoon, Gallows Bay and Tide Village areas of St. Croix.
