MISSING PERSON: Police Need Your Help To Find Joseph Ryan On St. Croix

FREDERIKSTED — Police need your help to find an elderly Montserrat native who has not been heard from in a month.

Joseph Michael Ryan, 68, relocated back to St. Croix on September 18 from Dorchester, Massachusetts, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

MISSING: Joseph Michael Ryan, 68, on St. Croix.

Ryan’s daughter, and family members reported to the police, that they have not heard from their father since September 19, according to the VIPD.

Ryan was described by police as being a dark-complected black man with brown eyes, a beard and gray, knee-length dreadlocks. He weighs about 180 pounds.

Joseph Michael Ryan has been missing for 33 days as of today.
