2 Women Wanted For Alleged Theft Of Pitbull Puppies Near St. Peter Mountain: VIPD

CHARLOTTE AMALIE – The VIPD is requesting the community’s assistance in locating two women wanted for grand larceny in connection to the alleged theft of pitbull puppies last month on St. Thomas.

A third wanted woman, 38-year-old Heather McBrayer, turned herself in to authorities on Friday afternoon, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

Still wanted are: 32-year-old Loretta Biss and 35-year-old Nicole P. Williams, according to the VIPD.

Biss is a white female who stands 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.

Williams is a white female who stands 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 165 pounds.

The three women are wanted in connection to a grand larceny that occurred on April 13 in the area of St. Peter Mountain Road, VIPD spokesman Toby Derima said.

The VIPD is asking for the community’s help in locating Biss and Williams.

McBrayer was released after posting $20,000 bail, according to Derima.
