The 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of shots fired in the parking lot of the United Shopping Plaza at 11:10 p.m. Friday, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

The victim received multiple gunshot injuries that were not considered life-threatening and was listed in stable condition, according to Derima.
