FREDERIKSTED — If you were out and about on Monday, you probably noticed that the Virgin Islands Police Department had its new uniforms on display in St. Croix for the first time.
Police officers in the St. Thomas-St. John District will begin wearing the new uniforms “shortly,” according to the VIPD.
